Desertscape can be accomplished in many locations across Del Rio. Desertscape is most suited to adult-only sessions, as cacti and wildlife can be dangerous to littles.

Jesse Cardenas Park in South Del Rio offers greenery as well as hilly backdrops. Parking nearby, minor walking required.

Downtown Del Rio, with it’s various historic buildings and ample shopping, offers a wonderful opportunity for individual, couple, and family sessions.

Located in Del Rio near downtown, Val Verde Winery is an active winery and is nearby a wonderful field of tall grass.

Located off Hwy 90 in Del Rio near the old sonic, this small park offers green space and trees with pond views and a trailhead for desertscape. Nearby parking with some walking required. Best time of year: late November/early December for fall foliage

Located off Hwy90 next to McDonalds, this area is green year-round complete with a swim hole and park space perfect for family photos.

Beautiful Fort Clark Springs, located in Brackettville, TX, offers a more secluded and vibrant variation to images. Many trees, creeks, fields and historic buildings make this location a unique place perfect for sessions.
